Refunds

Refunds are available if I have not started making the dress or accessory. If there is a mistake on my part such as sending the wrong size or a defect I will do whatever is possible to ensure the problem is corrected. Packages not delivered on time by USPS is not a valid reason for a refund. If a package is lost or damaged a refund may be given if USPS insurance issues a refund to me.

Lost, Damaged Or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. Packages are shipped with a tracking number and insurance for a reason.

If anything happens to your package I would be happy to help in resolving the issue. You must however respond immediately as prolonged time may jeopardize an insurance claim and will seem suspicious as spam.  Please keep in mind that all packages are sent with a tracking number and insurance to protect both of us. I can not do anything if USPS does not allow a refund.


International orders please note that you may need to pay a customs fee. This is not included in shipping and is your responsibility once the package arrives. Some international orders may not have tracking and/or insurance if USPS will not allow it.

Turnaround Time

My current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks* plus 2-5 business days for shipping(USA only). International shipping will take longer. I ship using USPS Priority mail in a padded flat rate envelope which includes a tracking number and insurance. Occasionally I will ship USPS First Class Mail if requested.

*If you need anything before the time frame given you will need to contact me before placing your order to see if it is possible.
